With only a few weeks left until the first launch of our Alpha version of the application, we wanted to give you a quick preview of how the work looks so far as well as tell you about the number of things we’ve been working on these past few weeks.
Product Update 2
Andrea, our in-house UX and UI super-star designer for our BABB product team has been toiling away and has managed to improve the design across two main features: the fundraising and the wallet screen areas.
First, within the fundraising area, we’ve reimagined the original button to a more approachable solution - so that the user can easily start to create a campaign while also adding a number of small functionality improvements across the entire area.
Second, within the wallet screen, we’ve been working across security and ease of use areas. For example, in order to ensure security and ease of use we’ve implemented 2FA authentication support.
Last but not least, more towards the functionality side — we’ve been making sure that wallet hash to wallet hash are not the only ways of moving funds, therefore we have started planning out and implementing a contacts-based system for transferring funds, therefore allowing a user to transfer or receive funds either via a QR code, a manual input or the name of a contact, saved previously.
In addition to that, we’ve added a number of helpful animations and tutorials to the on-boarding screens, hoping that this improves user interaction within the app and the on-boarding process itself.
In the coming phase, we will be increasingly working on the wallet screen as our product team is inching closer and closer to the full functionality being delivered.
Finally, without any further explanation, here’s a quick introduction to our slick new app and a few of the key features to expect.
